I wonder.... Is this really true? I mean.... I watched Playful Kiss, or BOF and both Geum Ja Di and Oh Ha Ni didn't study a lot. Actually they were doing so many things except studing! So the educational system didn't look bad to me at all:) But this girl here say things are so harsh... It makes me so scared! In Greece the educational system isn't very harsh... I don't study more than 2-3 hours usually every day... And my grades are very good;) But when I have a test of course I study more. I think the only period students here study a lot is when the national exams are on the way, so that to get accepted in a good university. And by saing a lot I mean all the day! But this happens only at the third class of High School.
I think here students don't study a lot cause Greek system doesn't care about how good you study all these years or if you're a good person and don't speak in classroom(that's my type). The only thing that matters here in order to get in a university are those exams. And if you're stressed or sick or whatever and don't write well then adios my babe! And you have your parents say to you "We paid so much for your tuition* and you did nothing.Greece is in a crisis.... Where are you gonna work?" and bla bla bla... But I really thought that Korea's is better and I'll tell you why... I'll speak about Universitys cause only this system I've searched and learnt that if I wanna go to a Korean University I should give letter of recomentation from teachers, my personal study plan and activities I've done except school.This is so cool cause your future doesn't have to do only with an exam but with your whole life:) Of course this has to do for International students. I don't know how Koreans are beeing accepted in universitys:/ But for me... aplying at a Korean University seems great cause the system is so good^^! I hope in two years from now when I'll do the application I'll get accepted:)

*here in Greece we all students go to extra classes after school to be helped in all subjects of thosewe give at the exams but it has to do with which direction you take. For exampleI took the one with maths, physic and that kind of subjects. So I guess I'll forget ancient greek or history...
